ENDURE

Build the physical and mental capacity to perform.

In other words, have enough physical capacity that your environment, circumstances, or demands don't overwhelm you. The strength to pull yourself to safety or carry someone else to safety; the endurance required for a long-distance emergency hike; or maybe you need to outmaneuver and outperform threats of the two-legged kind with explosive multi-directional maneuvers.

This integrated training is fundamental to skill development for both self-protection and survival preparedness.
